Are you sick of carrying those unwanted kilos? Well here is a guide to losing all those unwanted kilos that you have gained over winter. Well it’s all to do with calorie intake and calories burned. Exercise is the key. Get off your ass and go for a run, or a swim (good for those with bad joints and muscles) or even a walk. It has to be done everyday. I don’t want to hear any of this crap about its too hot or it’s raining or it’s hard. Watch what you eat but focus on the exercise side of things more, because it’s a lot more important. And you have to take opportunities to lose weight wherever they might arise. For eg. If you need to spew, then spew! Can you think of a better way to instantly lose weight? Also if you are sick, stay sick for a few days. You are guaranteed to eat less while you are sick and hence lose some weight. |

Doing weights is also a great way to get rid of that unwanted fat and get that toned body you have always wanted. By converting that fat into muscle u may not loose much weight as muscle weighs 3 times more than fat but you are guaranteed to look better than what you did when you started. If you don’t have weights then pushups and simple things like that are simple. Also just incase you were wondering, if u need a workout and u are sitting in a car all day then twiddle your fingers and wiggle your toes. They say twiddling your fingers and wiggling your toes for 24 hours uses the same amount of energy as running a marathon. If you don’t believe me try it for 5 min, you will understand. |
